An excellent George V sterling silver cigarette case in the art nouveau or arts and crafts style, with applied scroll decoration set with an agate holographic cameo to the front, also engraved "Bella" to front right corner. In excellent condition with no damage to the agate camo, no major dents or damage to the case, some ligt marks but not noticable with the planished or spot hammered design. Original gilding to interior, closes tightly with good push button clasp and thumbpiece. Hallmarked Birmingham, 1911 by makers S. Blanckensee & Son, possibly overstruck maker's mark. 8.0cm x 7.9cm x 1.9cm deep not including cameo. 118.5g.
